Divorce Records - Records by County

Almost every county in each US State keeps records of marriages and divorces and allows public access to these records. It is fairly easy to get the forms but sometimes difficult to locate your county office within your state, or even more difficult to find or search the records online. We've taken the time to parse a list of states and offices for easy use and searching.

For a list of states and associated divorce records, consult our state divorce records stable.

Most states will have a copy of your divorce records for free, or under $20. For the following states you can only get forms from your local county office. Links for county offices appear for those we have information on.
